Stainless Steel Alloy Zeron® 100, Super Duplex Stainless , Super Duplex
Zeron® 100, which is also sold under the names Super Duplex Stainless and Super Duplex, is a highly alloyed stainless steel that is designed for use in difficult and aggressive environments.
Because of its outstanding strength, Zeron 100 is known as a super duplex stainless steel. Originally created for applications that demand corrosion resistance to seawater in the North Sea, Zeron 100 is also perfect for other industries and applications. These include:

For a stainless steel alloy to be sold as Zeron 100 it must have a unique chemical composition, which includes these elements:
- Cr 24-26%
 - Ni 6-8%
 - Mo 3-4%
 - Cu 0.5-1.0%
 - W 0.5-1.0%
 - Mn 1.0% max
 - Si 1.0% max
 - N 0.2-0.3%
